Check the event, not only the venue
There are no universal visitor opening hours or admission fees. Doors, seating, re-entry, food, merchandise and accessibility arrangements are set by each organiser. Confirm the event page and ticket before travelling, and make sure you have not confused this venue with nearby Marine Messe Fukuoka or Fukuoka International Congress Center.
Access
The address is 2-2 Chikkohonmachi, Hakata. Gofukumachi subway station is about a 12-minute walk and Nakasu-Kawabata about 15 minutes. Buses from Hakata Station and Tenjin stop near Kokusai Center and Sunpalace, but they can be crowded after major events.
Facilities and parking
The venue has 80 small lockers, accessible toilets, lifts and wheelchair loans; a large suitcase may not fit in the lockers. The visitor car park normally operates 8:00–22:00 at ¥100 per 20 minutes, up to ¥1,000 per day, with roughly 700 spaces. Cars cannot leave between 22:00 and 8:00, and event operations can change these conditions.
