Ohana, Former Residence of the Tachibana Lords

Ohana is a cultural-property hotel and restaurant developed from the former residence of Yanagawa's Tachibana lords. The nationally designated Tachibana Garden, Western-style Seiyokan, a 100-tatami grand hall and a 20-room accommodation wing create a stay closely connected to Yanagawa's history.

What to expect
Guests can experience historic architecture and garden views alongside kaiseki cuisine using ingredients associated with the Ariake Sea and Chikugo region. Ohana is not an onsen ryokan and has no communal public bath, so check the bathroom facilities of the room you book.
Access from Yanagawa Station
From Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station, the official estimate is about 15 minutes by local bus or 10 minutes by taxi. A Yanagawa river cruise can also finish near Ohana after roughly 70 minutes, depending on the operator and route.
Parking and day visits
Parking inside the historic grounds is reserved for booked hotel and restaurant guests. Day visitors should use a municipal or nearby paid car park. Opening hours, admission, restaurant reservations and areas open to non-guests can differ, so check them separately before visiting.
