Michi-no-Eki Harazuru (Farm Station Basaro)

Michi-no-Eki Harazuru is a roadside station in Asakura, beside the Farm Station Basaro produce market and close to Harazuru Onsen. It is a useful stop for local fruit, vegetables, prepared foods and regional souvenirs.

Hours
Farm Station Basaro normally opens 8:30–17:30 and closes at 17:00 on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The roadside-station information centre normally opens 9:00–18:00. Year-end and New Year closures apply, so check the latest notice around the holiday period.
Getting there
By car, the station is about five minutes from the Haki interchange. From JR Chikugo-Yoshii Station, a taxi takes about ten minutes. Local bus services are also available, but confirm the current route and timetable before relying on them.
Parking and seasons
The roadside station lists 122 passenger-vehicle spaces, including six accessible spaces, plus nine spaces for large vehicles. The nearby flower fields are known for spring rapeseed blossoms and autumn sunflowers, but flowering dates vary with weather.
